带毒种子是大豆花叶病初侵染的唯一来源,种子带(传)毒率高低影响田间发病基数和病害的扩展流行,也是评价品种抗性的一个重要指标。因此,摸清和掌握大豆品种的带(传)毒情况及检测方法,在生产中有重要的经济意义。为此,我们在筛选种传率低的品种过程中,对此项工作做了初步摸索。
Infected seeds are the only source of primary infection of soybean leaf mosaic disease. The high incidence of seed band (transmission) affects the epidemic base and disease spreading in the field. It is also an important index to evaluate the resistance of soybean varieties. Therefore, to find out and grasp the band (pass) poisoning of soybean varieties and detection methods, in the production of important economic significance. For this reason, we made preliminary exploration on this work in the process of screening breeds with low germ-line rate.
