目的 观测山羊心脏纤维骨骼 ,为心脏研究和心脏移植提供资料。方法 68只 10 %甲醛固定的山羊心脏 ,解剖并观测其纤维骨骼的二尖瓣环、三尖瓣环、主动脉瓣环、肺动脉瓣环、左右纤维三角及 Todaro腱。结果 二尖瓣环周长平均为 47.0 5± 7.3 9mm,三尖瓣环周长平均为51.74± 8.2 3 mm,主动脉瓣环压扁径平均为 14 .83± 2 .48m m,肺动脉瓣环压扁径平均为 14 .87±2 .73 mm ,左纤维三角 3边边长分别 4.3 0± 0 .97mm、4.78± 0 .81m m、4.85± 1.3 4 mm,右纤维三角 3边边长分别平均为 5.2 3± 0 .89mm、5.0 8± 1.18mm、4.74± 1.0 6mm ,Todaro腱长度平均为4.51± 1.19mm。结论 山羊心脏纤维骨骼与人心脏纤维骨骼整体相比较小 ,但仍有类似 ,具有临床意义。
Objective To observe the cardiac fiber skeleton in goats and provide information for heart research and heart transplantation. Methods 68 hearts of 10% formalin-fixed goats were dissected and their mitral annulus, tricuspid annulus, aortic annulus, pulmonary valve annulus, left and right fibrous trigones and Todaro tendon were dissected and observed. Results The average mitral annulus circumference was 47.0 ± 5 ± 7.3 9mm, the mean tricuspid annulus circumference was 51.74 ± 8.23 mm, and the average aortic valve annulus was 14.83 ± 2.48m. The pulmonary valve annulus The mean squashed diameter was 14.87 ± 2.73 mm, and the length of the three sides of the left fiber triangle was 4.3 ± 0.97mm, 4.78 ± 0.81m m and 4.85 ± 1.3 4 mm, respectively Average 5.23 ± 0.89mm, 5.08 ± 1.18mm, 4.74 ± 1.06mm, Todaro tendon length average 4.51 ± 1.19mm. Conclusion Goat cardiac fiber skeleton is relatively small compared with the whole human cardiac fiber skeleton, but there is still a similar clinical significance.
