2012年是基层组织建设年,笔者来到去年被评为“辽宁省先进基层党组织”的旅顺经济开发区党委采访,探寻他们提升党建工作科学化水平的新亮点。构建新格局——夯实组织基础近几年,由于城市化、工业化进程的不断加快,旅顺经济开发区原来的村级党建工作、企业党建工作都面临着新的问题。
2012 is the year for building grassroots organizations. The author came to interview last year with the party committee of Lushun Economic Development Zone, named as Advanced Party Organization in Liaoning Province, to find out a new bright spot for them to upgrade the scientific level of party building. Constructing a New Pattern - Consolidating the Organization Basis In recent years, due to the accelerating process of urbanization and industrialization, the original party-building at the village level in Lushun Economic Development Zone and the party building in the enterprises all face new problems.
