甘薯丛枝病是由类菌原体(MLOs)引起的一种甘薯病害。近年来已成为福建沿海部分薯区生产上一个重要的问题。罹病植株矮缩,叶子变小,侧枝丛生。有关报道表明,MLOs对四环素等药物反应敏感,对病害有抑制作用。国内外用抗菌素进行的防治研究已取得一定进展。谢联辉等1984年采用不同浓度的土霉素处理甘薯丛枝病病苗,病状均有不同程度的减轻乃至消失。但是抗菌素对甘薯丛枝病的疗效期以及在寄主细胞内对MLOs的作用过程尚未见报道。本文介绍用四环素处理甘薯丛枝病病苗后,病状消长和病原在寄主细胞内的消解过程。
Sweetpotato brouch disease is a sweet potato disease caused by mycobacteria (MLOs). In recent years, it has become an important issue in the production of some coastal areas in Fujian coast. Diseased plants dwarf, leaves smaller, collateral. Relevant reports show that MLOs are sensitive to tetracyclines and other drugs and have an inhibitory effect on the diseases. At home and abroad with the prevention and treatment of antibiotics have made some progress. Xie Lianghui and so on in 1984 with different concentrations of oxytetracycline treatment of sweety witches broom disease, the symptoms have reduced or even disappeared to varying degrees. However, the efficacy of antibiotics on the efficacy of sweetpotato shoots and the role of MLOs in host cells have not been reported yet. This article describes the tetracycline treatment of sweet potato witches broom disease, the pathogen growth and pathogen digestion in host cells.
