在学校教育中班主任工作是非常辛苦的,而有时工作没少干却收效甚微。在多年的班主任工作中我把“无为而治”这一理念运用于班级管理的实践中从而收到了一定效果。下面就把我的点滴体会与各位分享。
Class teacher work in school education is very hard, and sometimes work with little less but with little success. In many years of class work, I applied the concept of “doing nothing” to the practice of class management and got some results. Here's my bit of experience to share with you.
