为了解决养殖规模化增长带来的畜禽粪污排放量急剧增长的问题,需对畜禽粪污进行固液分离脱水处理;但由于畜禽粪污中所含杂质不等,脱水处理过程中容易出现卡滞、烧电机等现象。针对此问题,笔者设计了一种叠螺式畜禽粪污脱水设备在线监控系统。叠螺式畜禽粪污脱水设备在线监控系统采用变径螺旋轴、不等螺距旋片实现脱水,采用Zig Bee和PLC技术实现在线监控;驱动电机信号通过Zig Bee传感器无线传输,PLC根据现场传回数据,通过预设阀值无线自动控制电机运行状态,实现实时自动监控,确保了较高的脱水效率和系统长时可靠的运行。
In order to solve the problem of rapid increase of livestock and poultry manure discharge caused by the large-scale growth of livestock breeding, solid-liquid separation and dehydration of livestock and poultry manure need to be carried out.
