nm23基因定位于人类染色体17q21.3~22,是具有组织学特异性的基因家族,通过多种途径参与肿瘤细胞生物学行为的调节。本文就其对肿瘤细胞克隆化、运动、表面活性分子分泌等方面的影响作一综述介绍。
The nm23 gene is located on human chromosome 17q21.3~22 and is a histologically specific gene family. It is involved in the regulation of tumor cell biological behavior through various pathways. In this article, we reviewed the effects of its effects on the cloning, movement and secretion of surface active molecules.
