目的研究雌二醇(E2)在小鼠铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白表达调节中的作用。方法在不同时间、使用不同浓度雌激素对小鼠进行腹腔注射,应用RT-PCR法检测肝脏铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白mRNA。结果注射50μgE212h和24h后小鼠铁调素表达增加(P<0.05),而注射100μgE212h后小鼠膜铁转运蛋白表达也出现上调(P<0.05)。结论 E2可通过调节小鼠肝脏铁调素和膜铁转运蛋白表达而影响铁代谢。
Objective To study the role of estradiol (E2) in the regulation of hepcidin and membrane iron transporter expression in mice. Methods The mice were injected intraperitoneally with different concentrations of estrogen at different times. The hepatic hepcidin and ferroportin mRNA were detected by RT-PCR. Results The expression of hepcidin increased (P <0.05) in mice injected with 50μgE212h and 24h, but also increased (P <0.05). Conclusion E2 can affect iron metabolism by regulating hepatic hepcidin and membrane iron transporter protein expression.
