引领和指导教学,构建学校高品位的教学文化,是校长工作的核心使命。江苏省南京市教育局局长徐传德曾经说过:“校长是一校之魂。但魂要附体,如果魂不附体,那就失去了价值。这个体是什么?就是学校的教育教学!校长必须回到教学指挥的位置上来。”那么,校长如何领导教学?如何在学校的教育教学改革中发挥核心作用?笔者认为,应该走以变革课堂教学为原点的教学领导 Leading and guiding the teaching and constructing a high-grade teaching culture is the core mission of the principal. Then, how can the principals lead the teaching and how to play a central role in the reform of education and teaching in schools? The author thinks that we should take the leadership of teaching reform as the starting point of the reform.
