目的研究茶多酚与厚朴酚两种中药对早期人工根面龋发展的抑制作用。方法 采用细菌致龋法形成早期根面龋模型,将标本随机分到四组:2mg/m l茶多酚溶液、6.3μg/m l厚朴酚溶液、20mg/m l氟化钠溶液和去离子水组,分别经上述药物处理后再次放入新鲜菌液48h,于4h、8h、12h、24h、48h五个时间点取菌液2m l测量其中钙离子的含量,并用扫描电镜观察牙体标本。结果 2mg/m l茶多酚溶液与6.3μg/m l厚朴酚溶液均可以抑制早期人工根面龋中钙离子的继续溶出,但是茶多酚作用效果较好。扫描电镜图片显示牙体标本表面结构有差异。结论 2mg/m l茶多酚溶液可以有效抑制早期人工根面龋发展,6.3μg/m l厚朴酚溶液效果较差。
Objective To study the inhibitory effects of tea polyphenols and honokiol on the development of early artificial root caries. Methods Bacterial cariogenic method was used to establish the early root caries model. The samples were randomly divided into four groups: 2 mg/ml tea polyphenol solution, 6.3 μg/ml magnolol solution, 20 mg/ml sodium fluoride solution and deionized water group. After being treated with the above drugs, the fresh bacteria solution was added again for 48 hours. The contents of calcium ions were measured at 4 hours, 8 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours at five time points, and the tooth samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results 2 mg/ml tea polyphenols solution and 6.3 μg/ml magnolol solution could inhibit the continued dissolution of calcium ions in the early artificial root caries, but the effect of tea polyphenols was better. Scanning electron microscopy pictures show differences in the surface structure of dental specimens. Conclusion 2 mg/ml tea polyphenols solution can effectively inhibit the development of early artificial root caries. The effect of 6.3 μg/ml magnolol solution is poor.
