沁县的文書、档案工作,在党政領导重視和亲自指导下,已經全面建立起来。三十三个县級單位(包括机关、学校、羣众团体、企業、事業等單位)的积存档案基本上整理完畢,經省委档案处和省人民委員会档案处的檢查、鉴定、認为基本上符合要求,做到了便于查找和保管。此外,全县二十九个乡有二十个乡已完成了全部零散文件的整理工作,其余九个乡的整理工作也將要結束。同时,县級各單位都建立了較严格的文書处理工作制度和归档制度。乡級各單位(包括信用、供銷、衛生等部門)也都建立了簡單易行的文書处理工作制度。沁县在这一段全面建立文書,档案工作的主要經驗是:
