口腔是个复杂的微生态系统,人类口腔中大约有700多种细菌,多种细菌间的相互作用促进了龋病的发生、发展。多数研究已经表明,母亲是婴儿患龋的主要来源。随着人们对口腔菌群传播研究的深入,有研究显示还存在着其他传播方式,如父亲传播、水平传播等。本文主要阐述不同分子生物学技术在亲子间口腔菌群垂直传播中的应用,以及家庭口腔健康行为对儿童早期患龋影响的研究进展。
Oral cavity is a complex micro-ecosystem. There are about 700 kinds of bacteria in human oral cavity. The interaction among various bacteria promotes the occurrence and development of dental caries. Most studies have shown that mothers are the main source of caries in infants. With the deepening of oral flora research, some studies have shown that there are other modes of transmission such as father transmission and horizontal transmission. This article mainly expounds the application of different molecular biology techniques in the vertical transmission of oral flora between parents and children, and the research progress on the influence of oral health behaviors on early childhood caries in children.
