企业发展体系中组织与个人之间的关系是相辅相成的,唯有将个体与组织的发展进行统一规划,才能达到双赢的局面。开展青年职业生涯规划活动是涤纶事业部团委主动适应企业改革发展需要,不断探索和实践青年人才培养和开发机制而进行的有益尝试,也是服务企业、服务青年的一项具体措施。
The relationship between the organization and the individual in the enterprise development system is mutually reinforcing. Only through the unified planning of individual and organizational development can a win-win situation be achieved. Carrying out youth career planning activities is a useful attempt by the Communist Youth League Committee of the Polyester Business Division to take the initiative to adapt to the needs of the reform and development of enterprises and continuously explore and practice the mechanism for training and developing young talents. It is also a concrete measure for serving the enterprise and serving young people.
