目的观察大鼠肾上腺交感神经离断对于肾上腺髓质增生的治疗作用。方法雄性Wistar大鼠80只随机平均分为A、B、C、D四组。A组为单侧(左侧)肾上腺交感神经离断组,B组为假手术组,C组为肾上腺髓质增生组,D组为正常对照组。A、B组术后1周同C组给予相同剂量利血平6周。C组停药后1周测定激素水平并处死5只大鼠,测定肾上腺髓质百分数。剩下大鼠行双侧肾上腺交感神经离断,术后1个月处死并与1个月前比较。结果A、B组激素水平明显高于D组,A组手术侧(左侧)肾上腺髓质百分数明显低于未手术侧(右侧,P<0.05),而与D组无明显差异。C组双侧肾上腺交感神经离断术的大鼠,术后激素水平较术前有所下降。结论大鼠肾上腺交感神经离断可抑制利血平诱导大鼠肾上腺髓质增生,同时降低髓质增生大鼠的激素水平。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of adrenal sympathetic nerve transection on adrenal medulla hyperplasia. Methods Eighty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into A, B, C and D groups. Group A was unilateral (left) adrenal sympathetic nerve severance group, group B was sham operation group, group C was adrenal medulla hyperplasia group, group D was normal control group. Group A and B were given the same dose of reserpine for 1 week and group C for 6 weeks. One week after discontinuation in group C, hormone levels were determined and 5 rats were sacrificed to determine the percentage of adrenal medulla. The remaining rats were subjected to bilateral adrenal sympathetic nerve transection and sacrificed one month after surgery and compared with one month ago. Results The hormone levels in group A and group B were significantly higher than those in group D. The percentage of adrenal medulla in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (right, P <0.05), but not in group D. C group of bilateral adrenal sympathetic nerve off surgery rats, postoperative hormone levels decreased compared with preoperative. Conclusion Intermittent adrenal sympathetic nerve can inhibit reserpine-induced adrenal medullary hyperplasia, while reducing the hormone level of medullary hyperplasia rats.
