军民融合式发展将在生产、流通、分配、消费等领域形成纷繁复杂的各种社会关系,军民之间从相对静止变为相互交易的流动关系。由于人们在观念和利益方面总是存在不一致,往往表现为行为的冲突,从而导致各种纠纷的产生。司法是维护社会公平正义的救济机制,也是化解这些矛盾和纠纷的最后一道防线。军民融合式发展需要完善的司法保障,军地司法协调机制的构建是司法保障的首要环节。
The integration of civilians and civilians will create various complicated social relations in the areas of production, distribution, distribution and consumption, and the flow of military and civilian relations from relative rest to mutual trading.
