目的分析四川省北川羌族自治县2012-2016年血吸虫病疫情变化趋势,为北川羌族自治县科学制定血吸虫病防治策略提供依据。方法收集、整理北川羌族自治县3个历史流行乡(镇),20个历史流行村的血吸虫病疫情情况。结果 2012-2016年北川羌族自治县居民监测共实际检查43 126人,查出循环抗原阳性664人,阳性率为1.54%,粪检756人,未发现病原学检查阳性。2012-2016年耕牛监测实际查牛1 831头,血检均无阳性耕牛。螺情监测20个历史流行村260处螺点114.419万m~2历史螺面,抽样打框80 692框,2016年打框16 218框,有螺框879框,捕获钉螺6 888只,无阳性钉螺,查出有螺面1.997万m~2;调查周边毗邻环境共1 236.686万m~2,抽样打框69665框,未查到钉螺。结论 2012-2016年,北川羌族自治县已连续5年未发现本地新感染血吸虫病患者和病畜;2012-2015年未查到钉螺,2016年查见钉螺,但未发现阳性钉螺。北川羌族自治县血吸虫病疫情较为稳定,应坚持血吸虫病监测巩固工作。
Objective To analyze the trend of schistosomiasis prevalence in Beichuan and Qiang Autonomous County of Sichuan Province from 2012 to 2016 and provide evidence for the scientific development of schistosomiasis control strategy in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County. Methods The epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in three historic townships (towns) and 20 historic villages in Beichuan county were collected and sorted out. Results From 2012 to 2016, a total of 43 126 residents were monitored in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County. 664 were positive for circulating antigens. The positive rate was 1.54%, and 756 were stool samples. No positive etiological examination was found. During the period of 2016-2016, 1,831 cattle were actually found, and no positive cattle were found in blood tests. Spirits were monitored in 260 historic spots in 20 historic endemic villages with a spiral point of 114.419 million m 2 and a sampling of 80 692 boxes. In 2016, 16 218 boxes were framed, 879 boxes of snails were captured and 6 888 snails were captured, with no positive findings Oncomelania snail was found to have 1.997 million m ~ 2 spiral surface; surveyed adjacent to the environment a total of 1 236.686 million m ~ 2, 69,665 box sampling box, snail was not found. Conclusion In 2012 and 2016, no newly diagnosed schistosomiasis patients and sick animals were found in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County for five consecutive years. Snails were not detected in 2012-2015. Snails were found in 2016 but no positive snails were found. Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County of schistosomiasis epidemic is more stable, should adhere to the monitoring of schistosomiasis consolidation.
