The biological axis composed by the chemokine receptor CXCR4 and its ligand CXCL12 plays an important role in the neovascularization, proliferation, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells and blood vessels. Ovarian cancer is a female patient with high mortality rate of female reproductive system tumors, which can effectively control the biological axis of CXCL12 / CXCR4 in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer and is expected to become a new target of ovarian cancer targeted therapy.
