目的定量研究迷走神经刺激(VNS)对大鼠杏仁核部分点燃和全面点燃的抑制作用差异。方法用强度3.0mA的恒流脉冲电刺激2组动物(各15只)的左侧颈迷走神经干,观察发作抑制率(SIR)、平均行为级数下降比(MBSDR)、平均后放电时间下降比(MADTDR)和平均后放电阈值上升比(MADTIR)的组间差异。结果除MADTIR组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)外,其余各指标组间差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论VNS对大鼠全身性发作的发作频率和强度的抑制作用强于对部分性发作的抑制作用。
Objective To quantitatively study the inhibitory effect of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) on partial amygdaloid ignition and total ignition in rats. Methods The left vagus nerve trunk of two groups of animals (15 rats in each group) was electrostimulated with a constant current pulse of 3.0mA. The rate of onset inhibition (SIR), mean behavioral series decrease (MBSDR), mean post discharge time decrease (MADTDR) and mean post-discharge threshold rise ratio (MADTIR). Results There was significant difference among the other groups except MADTIR (P> 0.05). Conclusion VNS has a greater inhibitory effect on the frequency and intensity of seizure attacks in rats than in partial seizures.
