雪松树体高大,生长迅速,树冠圆锥形,姿态雄伟壮观,是城乡园林绿化的优良树种.近几年来,本地区在培育雪松苗木过程中,由于受气候条件的影响,扦插成活率极低.为了解决这个问题,我们在1983年春采用塑膜低棚封闭扦插培育雪松苗木,现已获得成功.材料和方法(一)插前准备选蛭石、粗砂、淤土(PH7)和半砂半淤(粗砂与淤土各半混合)等4种不同基质作插壤(均用低浓度高锰酸钾溶液消毒处理).插穗母树分别是6年生的扦插苗和3年生的实生苗.插床为高床,东西向,长650厘米,宽90厘米,高25厘米,四周用砖垒砌.另备好塑料薄膜及细小竹竿待用.(二)扦插方法先取母树中、上部1年生枝条25厘米左右,然后将下部1/3的枝叶全部去掉,再用500ppm的萘乙酸溶液浸5秒钟后随即进行扦插(共扦插5,394株〕,扦插深度6—8厘米.扦插后即用塑料薄膜低棚封闭覆盖(棚高50厘米).封闭覆盖时床面北边用土掩埋压紧,两头和南边用砖块压紧,以便掀
