本文从商品房的价格构成出发,分析了影响商品房价格变动的四大因素,并通过实例对我国商品房价格构成及其变化趋势进行分析,指出了我国房地产价格高涨的深层次原因,提出了平抑房价的政策建议。
Based on the price structure of commercial housing, this paper analyzes the four major factors that affect the price change of commercial housing, and analyzes the composition and the changing trend of the price of commercial housing through examples. It points out the deep reasons for the real estate price rising in China, policy suggestion.
