分析了常用级配设计方法和贝雷法之间的不同,以贝雷法级配设计理论为基础,针对由于中国和美国所采用的筛孔不同而导致贝雷参数检验效果失真的问题,提出了改进的贝雷参数计算方法和适合于SMA-13型级配的贝雷参数取值范围,并对调整前后的SMA-13型级配沥青混合料的路用性能进行了试验验证,最后应用双指标控制方法对混合料骨架结构进行了检验。研究表明:改进的贝雷参数计算方法可以很好地应用于SMA-13的级配设计,采用双指标控制对SMA-13混合料骨架结构进行检验在一定程度上提高了骨架检验的准确性。
The differences between the commonly used grading design method and the Bereth method are analyzed. Based on the Bereah grading design theory, in view of the problem that the Bailey parameter test results are distorted due to the different mesh sizes used in China and the United States, The improved Bere parameters calculation method and the range of Bere parameters suitable for SMA-13 grading are tested, and the road performance of SMA-13 gradation asphalt mixture before and after adjustment is tested and verified. Finally, Double index control method to test the skeleton structure of the mixture. The results show that the improved Bere parameters calculation method can be applied to the grading design of SMA-13. The double-index control can improve the accuracy of skeleton inspection to a certain extent.
