抗青光眼术后,晶状体常发生混浊或使原来的混浊加重,为恢复视力需行白内障摘出术。用传统白内障囊外手术会带来一些困难和并发症,随着小切口技术的成熟,为保护功能性滤过泡,更多术者选择透明角膜切口治疗抗青光眼术后白内障,1999年10月～2006年10月我院行经颞侧角膜缘小切口白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入手术治疗青光眼术后白内障,32例(32眼)取得较好效果,现报告如下:
