平整度测试系统中USB通信模块的设计与实现

充分利用了通用串行总线USB的技术特点,在道路平整度测试系统中,实现了利用USB进行数据采集传输,改变了传统的利用PCI总线接口形式的A/D采集卡与上位机进行通信。经测试,完全可以满足快速实时的传输要求。同时具有即插即用,便携的优点,并且大大降低了测试设备的成本。 Taking advantage of the technical characteristics of Universal Serial Bus (USB), the system realizes the data acquisition and transmission using USB in the road roughness test system, and changes the traditional A / D acquisition card that uses the PCI bus interface to communicate with the host computer. Tested to meet the fast real-time transmission requirements. At the same time with plug and play, portable advantages, and greatly reduce the cost of test equipment.
