针对传统消防自动报警设备中,开关电源断电切换时间长、反应不及时、效率低的缺陷,提出一种实用的多组隔离输出的单端反激式后备消防开关电源设计方法,用于IPM逆变器供电。采用带稳压管的光耦反馈电路,运用反激式的设计方法,使得开关的功率可以达到20W,效率在90%以上,很好地解决了传统方法中存在的弊端,实验表明,此方案的开关电源可以持续供电,提高了开关电源运行的效率,为新一代消防开关电源的设计提供了一种新的思路。
Aiming at the defects of traditional automatic fire alarm equipment such as switching power supply switching off long time, less responsive and inefficient switching power supply, a practical design method of single-ended flyback standby fire switching power supply with multiple isolated outputs is proposed for IPM Inverter power supply. The optocoupler feedback circuit with a regulator is used to design the flyback circuit so that the power of the switch can reach 20W and the efficiency is above 90%, which well solves the disadvantages of the traditional method. Experiments show that this scheme Of the switching power supply can continue to supply power, improve the efficiency of switching power supply operation, provides a new idea for the design of a new generation of fire switching power supply.
