目的:观察走马胎对弗氏完全佐剂(CFA)诱导的佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠踝关节组织病理改变的影响。方法:采用CFA诱导大鼠AA模型,给予不同剂量走马胎醇提物治疗,进行关节肿胀个数和全身炎症状态评分以及足爪肿胀度测定,并观察各组大鼠踝关节滑膜、软骨、关节腔、周围软组织炎症反应等组织病理改变情况,进行综合评分。结果:与模型组比较,走马胎能显著减少AA模型大鼠关节肿胀个数,显著降低模型动物全身炎症评分,并显著降低模型动物致炎侧和继发侧足肿胀度(P<0.05或P<0.01);踝关节组织病理结果显示,走马胎能显著抑制炎症细胞的浸润、滑膜增生及血管翳的形成,减轻软骨及骨质损伤程度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:走马胎可显著改善AA模型大鼠炎症状态和踝关节组织病变。
Objective: To observe the effect of walking on the pathological changes of ankle joint in adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats induced by Freund’s complete adjuvant (CFA). Methods: The AA model was induced by CFA, and the alcoholic extract of S. aureus was administered at different dosages. The numbers of joint swelling and systemic inflammatory state and the degree of swelling of the paw were measured. The synovium, cartilage, Joint cavity, surrounding tissue inflammation and other histopathological changes, a comprehensive score. Results: Compared with the model group, the geese were able to significantly reduce the number of swollen joints in AA model rats, significantly reduce the systemic inflammatory score of model animals, and significantly reduce the degree of inflammatory side and secondary side-foot swelling in model animals (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The pathological results of ankle joint showed that the abortion could significantly inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells, hyperplasia of synovium and the formation of pannus, and reduce the degree of cartilage and bone damage (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The abortion of the fetus can significantly improve the inflammatory state and ankle joint pathological changes in AA model rats.
