高职院校是我国教育事业中的重要组成部分,高职院校不仅要求教师能熟练准确地传授理论知识,而且必须具有较强的实践指导能力。如何建立科学、合理的高职院校教师绩效评价体系,通过绩效评价的导向作用和管理功能,实现高职院校教师人才资源的合理配置,从而保障教学目标的实现,促进高职院校教师的专业发展、学校的发展,是现阶段高职院校急需解决的问题。文章分析了我国现阶段高职院校教师评价机制的现状,根据存在的问题提出了建立高职院校教师评价指标的措施。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of our educational undertaking. The article analyzes the current situation of teacher evaluation mechanism in higher vocational colleges in our country and puts forward some measures to establish teacher evaluation index in higher vocational colleges according to the existing problems.
