7591在临床上对矽肺有显著疗效,其作用在于阻止矽肺病变的发展,因而也可能预防矽肺。为了研究这一问题,我们一方面在天津市耐火器材厂粉尘作业工人中进行口服7591预防矽肺的观察,另方面又采用了实验性矽肺研究方法,来观察7591的预防作用。这种实验研究方法既使于研究设计和病理观察,又可以在比较短的时间内从动物身上观察和证明预防效果。防治矽肺研究的目的是要完成党所交给我们的消灭矽肺的重大任务。
7591 clinically significant effect on the silicosis, its role is to prevent the development of silicosis, which may also prevent silicosis. In order to study this issue, on the one hand, we conducted oral 7591 prevention of silicosis in dust-intensive workers in Tianjin Refractory Equipment Factory, and on the other hand, we used an experimental silicosis study to observe the preventive effect of 7591. This experimental method of study not only allows the design of the study and the pathological observation, but also observes and demonstrates the preventive effect from the animal in a relatively short period of time. The purpose of the prevention and treatment of silicosis is to fulfill the major task entrusted to us by the party to eliminate silicosis.
