平山县葫芦峪农业科技开发有限公司拥有“万亩”核桃基地,2014年遭受了严重的干旱胁迫。据此,该试验以2010年定植的早实核桃‘绿岭’为试材,研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对薄皮核桃果实内在和外在品质的影响。结果表明:生长正常、轻度干旱胁迫、中度干旱胁迫和重度干旱胁迫的薄皮核桃坚果单果重分别为12.60、10.70、9.45、4.39g;出仁率分别为46.89%、48.29%、52.12%和49.15%;核仁总蛋白质含量分别为20.35、17.83、17.48、18.55g/100g;核仁脂肪含量分别为66.48、67.27、66.32、54.20g/100g;核仁可溶性蛋白质含量分别为4.02、3.65、4.04、5.08g/100g。
Pingshan Gourd Valley Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. owns “Mu mu ” walnut base, in 2014 suffered a serious drought stress. According to the above results, the experiment was conducted in 2010 to evaluate the effects of different degrees of drought stress on the intrinsic and extrinsic qualities of walnut. The results showed that the fruit weight per plant of the thin-skinned walnut with normal growth, mild drought stress, moderate drought stress and severe drought stress were 12.60,10.70,9.45,4.39g, and the kernel rates were 46.89%, 48.29%, 52.12% and 49.15% respectively. The total protein content of nucleolus was 20.35, 17.83, 17.48 and 18.55g / 100g respectively. The fat content of nucleolus was 66.48, 67.27, 66.32 and 54.20g / 100g respectively. The content of soluble protein in nucleolus was 4.02, , 5.08 g / 100g.
