当前国家已将资源节约和环境保护确立为基本国策,随着科学发展观的逐步落实,水土保持监测在国家经济社会发展、生态保护与建设中将起到愈来愈重要的作用.本文分析了目前水土保持监测工作中存在的问题,并针对各阶段存在的问题提出了相应的对策,供同行人员参考.
