目的 探讨血清铁代谢对乙型肝炎肝损伤的影响。方法 对收治的103例乙型肝炎患者按临床分型,观察铁代谢血清学指标血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清铁、总铁结合力与乙型肝炎肝损伤的关系。结果 血清铁蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清铁和总铁结合、乙型肝炎肝损伤相关。其中血清铁蛋白、血清铁随肝损伤加重而增加,转铁蛋白、总铁结合力随肝损伤加重而减少。结论 铁负荷过重可能协助HBV加重肝损伤,因此检测铁代谢指标可以对乙型肝炎的治疗和预后作出评价。
Objective To investigate the effect of serum iron metabolism on hepatitis B liver damage. Methods According to the clinical classification of 103 cases of hepatitis B patients, the relationship between serum ferritin, transferrin, serum iron, total iron binding capacity and hepatic injury of hepatitis B were observed. Results Serum ferritin, transferrin, serum iron and total iron were associated with hepatitis B liver injury. Serum ferritin, serum iron increased with liver injury increased, transferrin, total iron binding decreased with increased liver injury. Conclusions Excessive iron overload may assist HBV in aggravating liver injury. Therefore, the detection of iron metabolism index can evaluate the treatment and prognosis of hepatitis B patients.
