目的探讨经血液传播传染病患者术后复用耐高温器械的处理方法。方法将20包传染病患者术后器械包(1 540件器械),随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组器械表面喷洒泡沫型保湿剂代替常规清洗的初处理步骤;对照组则直接省略初处理步骤。结果经清洗消毒机感染器械清洗程序(p6)循环后,用带光源放大镜目测,两组器械清洗合格率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喷洒泡沫型保湿剂,可有效分解干涸血污,是适用于血液传播传染病患者术后复用耐高温器械的初处理提高了此类器械清洗质量。
Objective To investigate the treatment of patients with blood-borne infectious diseases after re-use of high-temperature equipment. Methods A total of 20 packages of infectious disease patients (1 540 instruments) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was sprayed with foaming moisturizer instead of the initial cleaning procedure. The control group was omitted Processing steps. Results After the cleaning and disinfecting device was cleaned by the cleaning device (p6), the difference between the two devices was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The foam-type moisturizing agent sprayed can effectively decompose dry blood and blood, which is suitable for the early treatment of post-operative re-use of high temperature resistant equipment in patients with blood-borne infectious diseases and improve the cleaning quality of such instruments.
