随着我国经济发展逐渐与国际接轨,工程承包模式呈现多样化和国际化的趋势。在各承包模式中,EPC总承包模式已经在较大的工业项目上被广泛应用和采纳。国家对各工程承包企业的大力支持和扶持使EPC在利润上有较大的收益,但也在费用上产生一定的风险。阐述在EPC项目各阶段进行费用控制的方法,通过逐级调整和改变,提出费用控制的优化措施。
With the gradual development of economy in our country, the project contracting mode shows the trend of diversification and internationalization. Among the various contracting modes, the EPC contracting mode has been widely used and adopted in larger industrial projects. The strong support and support from the state to various engineering contracting enterprises make EPC have a big profit in profit, but also bring some risks in cost.
