体表电位标测(BSPM)是近年来发展较快的一种无创伤性心脏电生理学诊断技术,本研究旨在探讨其评定经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)疗效的价值。使用BSPM-Ⅲ型微机系统,对7例冠心病患者PTCA前和术后不同时间进行98导联BSPM检查,重点研究ST-T标测的变化。结果表明:PTCA后T波等电位图异常形态明显改善或恢复正常,且心绞痛组好于心肌梗塞组。ST-T标测计算指标,PTCA后有明显变化,T标测指标又较ST标测指标变化更显著,且这种变化与非缺血性改变相一致。ST-T极小值位置异常率也明显降低。提示BSPM可用于PTCA近期疗效的无创伤性评定。
Surface potential measurement (BSPM) is a rapidly developing technique of noninvasive cardiac electrophysiology in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the value of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA). BSPM-Ⅲ microcomputer system, 7 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with PTCA at different times before and after the 98-lead BSPM examination, focusing on ST-T mapping changes. The results showed that the abnormal morphology of T wave isobviously improved or returned to normal after PTCA, and the angina pectoris group was better than the myocardial infarction group. ST-T mapping calculation of indicators, significant changes after PTCA, T-index and ST index more significant changes in indicators, and this change consistent with non-ischemic changes. ST-T minimum location abnormal rate also significantly reduced. Prompt BSPM can be used for non-invasive assessment of the short-term efficacy of PTCA.
