2015年12月,笔者发起了一个“日薪百万教练挑战年薪百万HRD”的培训项目,旨在找到并训练一批具有狼性的HRD。结果培训项目宣传了差不多一个月,报名的不到70人,到现场参加的不到30人。是不是HRD不需要狼性?HRD的身上真的没有狼性基因吗?狼性也是一种稀缺资源今天不论是新型互联网创业公司,还是传统企业转型,都面对着一个非常大的挑战——人力资源的变革,从基于小组制模式的组织变革,再到牛人猎聘,针对牛人的激励设计,辞退不适合人员等等,都是每家公司HRD的首要任务。
