中枢神经系统,特别是下丘脑与心肌缺血、心律失常有着密切的关系,而关有再灌流期心 脏与下丘脑的关系方面的工作尚未见报道。本文目的是观察弱电流(数十微安)刺激家兔下丘脑乳头体核对缺血心脏再灌流期的影响。 家兔26只、30次实验,共分五组。20%乌拉坦溶液麻醉、2%三碘季铵酚溶液制动。复制急性心肌缺血模型后按Sawyer氏图谱将刺激电极送入下丘脑乳头体核。24个心前区针形电极做ST段标测。
The central nervous system, especially the hypothalamus, has a close relationship with myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia. However, there is no report about the relationship between the heart and the hypothalamus during the reperfusion period. The purpose of this paper is to observe the effects of weak current (dozens of microamperes) stimulation of hypothalamus papillary nucleus on ischemia reperfusion in rabbits. 26 rabbits, 30 experiments, divided into five groups. 20% urethane anesthesia, 2% triiodonium quaternary phenol solution brake. Copy the acute myocardial ischemia model by Sawyer’s diagram will stimulate the electrode into the hypothalamus nipple body nucleus. 24 precordial needle electrodes for ST segment mapping.
