核转录因子调节心肌缺血预处理的研究

目的 研究核转录因子 (NF kB)在心肌缺血预处理中的作用。方法 将 1 8只新西兰白兔随机分为非预处理组、预处理组和预处理加脯氨酸二硫氨基甲酸脂 (ProDTC ,特异性NF kB抑制剂 )组。阻断和开放左冠脉前降支各 5min ,反复 5次 ,造成预处理 ,第 3组在预处理前、中使用ProDTC ( 1 5mg/kg体重 )。电压力探头测定局部心功能 ,氯化三苯四唑啉 (TTC)法计算梗死面积 ,并作组织学检查。结果 预处理对心功能的保护被ProDTC抵消 (P <0 .0 5) ,对梗死面积的减小也被其抵消 ,分别为 ( 8.2± 1 .2 ) %和 ( 38.9± 7.9) % ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 )。ProDTC也消除了预处理组织学保护。结论 核转录因子能调节心肌缺血预处理 Objective To study the role of nuclear factor kappa B (NF kB) in myocardial ischemic preconditioning. Methods One-eighth New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into non-preconditioning group and preconditioning plus proline dithiocarbamate group (ProDTC, specific NF kB inhibitor). Blockade and open left anterior descending coronary artery 5min, repeated 5 times, resulting in pretreatment, the third group before pretreatment, the use of ProDTC (15mg / kg body weight).
