目的观察阿魏酸钠片对脑梗死AR患者血小板聚集率及血栓素B2(TXB2)的影响。方法筛选急性脑梗死AR患者80例,随机分治疗组和对照组,比较治疗前后两组的血小板聚集率、TXB2的变化。结果阿魏酸钠可使脑梗死AR患者血小板聚集率及TXB2水平下降,疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿魏酸钠片能改善脑梗死阿司匹林抵抗患者AR状态。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium ferulate on platelet aggregation and thromboxane B2 (TXB2) in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty AR patients with acute cerebral infarction were screened and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The changes of platelet aggregation and TXB2 before and after treatment were compared. Results Sodium ferulate could decrease platelet aggregation and TXB2 level in AR patients with cerebral infarction. The effect was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sodium ferulate can improve the AR status of aspirin-resistant patients with cerebral infarction.
