通过对链式超越离合器雏形进行理论分析,建立和完善了该结构的力学模型,并借助集CAD与有限元分析为一体的AlgorVinCAD软件,对链式超越离合器在工作状态下的块体作了有限元分析.其承载能力、寿命、制造成本、噪声、可靠性、高速适应性、反向接会准确性等各项指标均优于现有的结构.
Through the theoretical analysis of the prototype of the chain overrunning clutch, the mechanical model of the structure is established and improved.
