本文研究增加大功率高速柴油机的寿命时其进气阀的损坏问题并导出阀盘强度的计算公式(视为变截面薄片)。为了大大提高柴油机的寿命,虽然采取了降低气缸功率的措施,但某些零件的拮构及制造工艺仍不能满足提高柴油机寿命的要求(这些零件在原有的寿命期内是完全的可靠的)。
This paper studies the problem of damaging the intake valve when increasing the service life of high-power high-speed diesel engine and derives the calculation formula of the valve plate strength (which is regarded as the variable section sheet). In order to greatly improve the life of a diesel engine, measures to reduce cylinder power have been taken. However, the confinement and manufacturing process of some components still can not meet the requirement of improving the life of a diesel engine. These components are completely reliable during their original life.
