1987年,我厂在女式车架的生产中,采用了液化石油气多咀火焰钎焊工艺,一年多来,除了生产率较低这一缺点之外,证明各方面的效果都很好。它具有以下优点。一、这种工艺根除了盐浴钎焊存在的残盐泛锈问题; 二、钎焊温度低,使车架内在质量及外观质量大大提高,并解决了盐浴钎焊恶劣的劳动条件及设备腐蚀问题;
