本文研究了蔬菜性状特征对NO3-含量变化的关系,指出叶片光滑、色淡的类型要比叶片皱缩、色深的类型NO3-含量低。通过亲子代硝酸盐含量变异的分析以及对杂交后代群体不同株系硝酸盐含量变化的分布状况,初步认为蔬菜硝酸盐含量主要由累加基因所控制,可通过筛选低NO3-的亲本杂交,有可能获得NO3-含量低且高产的杂交一代品种,育种实践验证了上述分析的正确性。
In this paper, the relationship between the traits of vegetables and the changes of NO3- content was studied. It was pointed out that the leaves were smooth and the color was finer than that of leaves. The color depth was low in NO3-. Based on the analysis of the variation of parental and offspring nitrate content and the distribution of nitrate content in different strains of hybrid progeny, it is preliminarily thought that the content of nitrate in vegetables is mainly controlled by the additive gene, and it is possible to screen the low NO3- Obtained low NO3-content and high-yielding crossbred varieties, breeding practice verified the correctness of the above analysis.
