页岩陶砂泡沫混凝土用于建筑物的外围护墙和内隔墙,既能减轻建筑物的自重,又能满足建筑节能的要求。本文以页岩陶砂为骨料,基于最优配合比,得到了抗压强度、导热系数、吸水率和干表观密度等指标;然后通过现场热工模拟计算,得到了节能率不低于65%的一体化建筑保温系统,为工程应用提供理论基础。
Shale ceramic foam foam concrete used in the building’s outer and inner walls, both to reduce the weight of the building, but also to meet the requirements of building energy efficiency. In this paper, the shale ceramsite is taken as the aggregate, and the indexes such as compressive strength, thermal conductivity, water absorption and dry apparent density are obtained based on the optimal mix ratio; then the energy saving rate is obtained by the field thermal simulation calculation 65% of the integrated building insulation system for engineering applications to provide a theoretical basis.
