“人本管理”思想对于现代企业来说并不陌生,中西方的现代企业都非常重视“人本管理”,但是对于“人本管理”思想的理解与运用却千差万别,究竟人本管理的实质是什么,现代企业的人本管理思想又有什么新趋势,这是本文要思考的问题。
The thought of “people-oriented management” is not unfamiliar to modern enterprises. Both modern Chinese and western enterprises attach great importance to “human-based management”, but their understanding and application of “human-based management” are different from each other. What is the new trend of human-oriented management in modern enterprises? This is the question to be considered in this article.
