To observe the morphological characteristics and the three-dimensional spatial relationship of islet microcirculation in normal and diabetic rats, the pancreatic islets of normal and streptozotocin-induced type 1 diabetic rats were stained with Gomori by HE staining and microscopic selection. Reconstruction of the shape. The results showed that there was a lack of vascular anastomosis in the islet and microcirculation of both normal and diseased rats, but there was a significant difference between the volume of the two vessels and islet volume and islet volume and islet volume <0.05). CONCLUSION: The structural features of diabetic islet microcirculation are closely related to the islet vasoconstriction. The three-dimensional configuration of blood vessels is obviously different from the normal control group in terms of quantity, distribution, movement and branching.
