基于Sysweld软件平台,采用双椭球体热源分布模型,实现对油田运输管道中的弯管法兰焊接过程的数值模拟仿真。使用UG建立弯管法兰的三维焊接模型,利用Hypermesh、Visual-Weld和Sysweld等进行网格划分、分组和模拟仿真,获取了温度场及应力应变场的分布情况。通过分析焊接温度场分布和焊件形变得出温度场对焊件残余应力的影响,优化焊接装卡条件后,改善焊件残余应力情况。
Based on the Sysweld software platform, the double ellipsoid heat source distribution model is used to simulate the welding process of the elbow flange in the oil field transportation pipeline. The three-dimensional welding model of elbow flange was established by using UG, the distribution of temperature field and stress-strain field were obtained by meshing, grouping and simulating with Hypermesh, Visual-Weld and Sysweld. By analyzing the distribution of welding temperature field and the deformation of the weldment, the influence of temperature field on the residual stress of the weldment is obtained, and the residual stress of the weldment is improved after the welding loading condition is optimized.
