国际工程总承包(EPC)项目管理有着自身的特点,项目进度和费用控制是项目管理的核心,制定科学、合理地进度计量系统是编制进度计划的基础。如何建立一套科学、合理的进度计量系统,并由系统获得项目状态的准确记录,本文结合海外某油田早期土建一期EPC项目的做法,就进度计量系统建立、计量方法、进度跟踪和报告进行说明,概要介绍国际工程项目进度计量系统的建立。项目简介
