目的:观察中药结合全身热疗对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,以及ET-SPACETM-I全身热疗系统的安全性。方法:对54例肺癌病人进行中药结合全身热疗治疗,选择54例相同肿瘤类型的肺癌单纯热疗患者作为对照组。结果:中药结合全身热疗组在卡氏评分、疼痛缓解和病灶变化方面的疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:全身热疗联合中药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效优于单纯热疗,ET-SPACETM-I是一种安全、副反应较低的全身热疗系统。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with systemic hyperthermia on malignant tumors and the safety of ET-SPACETM-I systemic hyperthermia system. Methods: 54 cases of lung cancer patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with systemic hyperthermia treatment, 54 cases of the same type of lung cancer patients with simple hyperthermia as a control group. Results: The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with whole body hyperthermia group was better than that of the control group in Karnofsky score, pain relief and focal changes (P <0.05). Conclusion: Systemic hyperthermia combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant tumors better than hyperthermia alone, ET-SPACETM-I is a safe, less side effects of systemic hyperthermia system.
