清真寺图书馆可持续发展的关键是要依托国家各项政策、法规的指导,明确清真寺图书馆信息资源建设主体,从制度上确保信息资源建设的持续性,建立清真寺图书馆内部管理与服务的组织机构,完善服务体系,通过宣传、培训等方式,充分调动回族社区居民利用图书馆信息资源的主动性与积极性。依照政府主导、社会捐助、自主管理、自我服务的思路,在清真寺图书馆逐步建立供书、读书、管书、用书的长效机制。
