(记者庞春燕)8月3日～5日,由新闻出版总署报纸期刊管理司主办的“第三届中国报业竞争力年会”在北京召开,会议发布了《全国报纸出版“十一五”发展纲要(2006～2010)》和第三期《中国报业竞争力监测报告》,启动了传统报业向数字化转型的“数字报业实验室计划”,并揭晓了报业竞争力监测结果。本届年会的主题是“科学引领发展,创新成就未来”,新闻出版总署署长龙新民为大会做了题为《实施数字报业战略开创中国报业新局面》的开幕致辞。他指出,“十一五”时期是我国全面建设小康社会的关键时期,也是报纸
