目的揭示正常成人下颈椎体间隙随年龄增长的形态学变化规律。方法选取200名不同年龄段无外伤、无神经症状和体征的受检者,进行多排螺旋CT薄层扫描第3~7颈椎(C3~C7)椎体间隙,在计算机工作站上对获得图像进行多平面重建,获得相应截面图后,测量各相关指标,按性别、年龄分组进行统计学分析。结果椎体间隙:随年龄增长,男、女性椎体间隙前、中高先增大后减小,而后高逐渐减小;C5~6、C4~5间隙后高在女性46~55岁和男性56~65岁年龄段较25~35岁年龄组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论①多排螺旋CT应用广泛,可为影像学诊断及临床应用提供详实数据;②颈椎的形态学变化在不同程度上受年龄因素的影响。
Objective To reveal the morphological changes of the space between the lower cervical vertebrae in adults and their age. Methods Totally 200 subjects of different ages with no trauma and no neurological symptoms and signs were selected and scanned by multi-slice spiral CT in the intervertebral space between the 3rd and 7th cervical vertebrae (C3-C7). The images were obtained on a computer workstation Multi-plane reconstruction, access to the corresponding cross-sectional view, measuring the relevant indicators, by sex, age group for statistical analysis. Results The intervertebral space: with age, the anterior, middle and anterior vertebral space of male and female first increased and then decreased, and then decreased gradually; C5 ~ 6 and C4 ~ 5 gap height were higher in women aged 46-55 and 56 The age group of ~ 65 years old was significantly lower than that of the age group of 25 ~ 35 years old (P <0.05). Conclusion ① Multi-slice spiral CT is widely used, which can provide detailed data for imaging diagnosis and clinical application. ② The morphological changes of cervical spine are influenced to different degrees by age factors.
